The primary way to use Freightdog AI is through our Microsoft Outlook add-in. It integrates directly into your Outlook interface as a side panel, so you can process emails without leaving your inbox.
The add-in works with Outlook Desktop (Windows and macOS) and Outlook on the Web. Once installed, simply select an email, open the Freightdog AI panel, and press “Process Email”. The AI will extract all relevant data and present it in an editable form, ready for you to review and act on.
